We get feral cats around our house from time to time and we will trap, neuter, and release them. We wanted the feral to be as comfortable as possible during the few days it needs to remain in the trap. I added a transfer cage to the main live trap, cut thick rubber pads for the floor of the traps, and added a litter box. BTW, as I mentioned in the video you should use the smaller rubber pad from the transfer cage in the larger live trap to catch the feral cat. After you catch him use the Small Trap Divider Fork to move the cat from the live trap to the transfer cage. Remove the smaller rubber pad from the live trap and replace it with the larger rubber pad. Now use the fork to move the feral to the larger live trap and let the doors separating the traps down. Now you can install the smaller rubber pad and litter box in the smaller transfer cage and then open the doors between the cages back up and prop them open with the wooden dowel. Now your cat will be much more comfortable during the TNR process.
