How to make a garage step out of a 4″ X 4″ treated fence post.

My wife saw a video of someone making a garage step out of a 4″ X 4″ treated fence post on the Internet and wanted me to make her one. You may find a more elegant method of making this step but this fast and easy method worked well for us.
